Craniofacial Surgery

CU Medicine craniofacial surgeons and staff are experts at treating conditions that affect the tissue and bones of the face and head, including pediatric patients. Our team consists of plastic surgeons, neurosurgeons, nurse coordinators, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.

We provide diagnosis and long-term management for individuals with congenital and acquired craniofacial abnormalities of the head, face, and neck.

Our team specializes in Cleft Palate Craniofacial Surgery and Nasoalveolar Molding (NAM). We develop an individualized treatment plan that most effectively treats each patient’s condition.

Our CU Medicine faculty providers and their colleagues at the Craniofacial Center at Children's Hospital Colorado are endorsed by the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association, recognized for providing the best results for those with clefts or craniofacial defects.

Informed by leading research, and with access to the latest technology, our dedicated team of University of Colorado faculty member providers work together, implementing a multidisciplinary approach that achieves the best outcomes for improved health and appearance.
