Celebrating Patient Experience Week 2026
During Patient Experience Week, we celebrate the moments that matter most: the connections formed, the care delivered and the trust placed in our providers and staff.
Patient Experience Week is a time to pause and reflect on what matters most in health care. At CU Medicine, we are proud to serve communities across the Front Range and beyond. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference, and this Patient Experience Week we honor the experiences that remind us why our work matters.

CU Medicine Dermatology – Montview Blvd (CU Medicine Building)
Satisfied and impressed with the level of care from the dermatology clinic. I was seen by provider Lydia Wilbanks, and it was a very pleasant visit. She takes the time to understand your particular concerns and thoroughly explains the resolution with patience. I highly recommend CU Medicine.
CU Medicine Women’s Integrative Services in Health (WISH) – Park Meadows
This was my first time at this clinic, and it was a great first impression. The receptionist who helped schedule my appointment as a new patient was kind and helpful, both over the phone and in person when I checked in. The nurse was amazing. She was attentive and efficient, and I got a shot without even feeling it. My provider was just as wonderful, making sure all of my needs were met. I had a lot of concerns and questions, and she answered and addressed every single one. I felt heard and understood and never rushed or ignored. I left the clinic feeling so much better. The environment, atmosphere and people made it a stress-free experience.
CU Medicine Cardiology – Highlands Ranch Specialist Care Center
Clean, efficient and well-organized staff. I have had appointments with a PA and an MD there, and both were exceptional providers. The clinic has a cheerful culture of professionals.
CU Medicine Orthopedics and Sports Medicine – Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver
Everyone at CU Medicine Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Inverness was absolutely amazing. From the gentleman who booked my appointment, who gave me the first available option but also offered one based on where I live, to the front desk staff who were friendly and welcoming, every interaction stood out. The nurse was extremely attentive and careful in listening to my needs. Both Dr. Noonan and his resident were very kind. They listened to exactly what I needed and delivered without hesitation. I had a similar problem with my right shoulder as I was having with my left, and when I asked for the same treatment, they agreed without question or unnecessary steps. I walked away thankful for immediate relief and a clear plan moving forward.
CU Medicine Family Medicine – Centerfield
Very clean office in an orderly building. Plenty of parking. Dr. Bundy is well spoken and seems to genuinely care for my well-being. He took the time to listen to any concerns I have concerning my health. I hope to stay with him for the duration.
CU Medicine Weight Management and Wellness – CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center
Great session with very helpful suggestions and many, many alternative approaches. Great listeners and great problem solvers.
CU Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology – Highlands Ranch Specialty Care Center
I highly recommend this clinic. I have been a patient here since 2020. I have received the best care from the doctors and nurses. The doctors delivered all of my children. All the staff are patient and compassionate. They listen to understand my needs and work with me on providing the best care.
CU Medicine Urology – South Denver at Highlands Ranch Specialty Care Center
Outstanding hospital and medical staff, especially in oncology. Best nursing care from beginning to discharge. The clinic and hospital are located close to family lodging and restaurants for short or long-term care.
