RESET: A Mind-Body IOP for Trauma

Group of men exercising in a park.

The RESET Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a unique, evidence-based approach to trauma treatment that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Designed for adults 18+ whose trauma affects daily functioning, RESET integrates somatic therapies to support nervous system regulation and healing through mind-body connection. The RESET IOP is offered with the Stress, Trauma, Adversity, Research & Treatment (START) Center, a collaborative hub of interdisciplinary experts committed to trauma-informed care and healing approaches to treatment.

RESET is the only in-person IOP in Colorado focused on treating complex trauma through body-centered psychotherapies. The program combines movement, mindfulness and experiential therapies to help patients reconnect with their bodies and emotions in a safe, supportive environment.
