Provider Expertise
Clinical Interest for Patients
I provide therapy for individuals from a systemic and narrative (client-centered) lens, using tools such as CBT, MBCT, Solution-focused therapy and also integrate my Level 1 Gottman Method couples' therapy for both individuals and couples. The primary focus of my practice is emotional eating and weight management.
Care Philosophy
We all have our blind spots. Together, we can collaborate to better see your blind spots and find new ways to solve problems and begin to feel better. Whether you're noticing using food to soothe, feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, having relationship struggles, feeling overwhelmed, having trouble sleeping, or having difficulties with work or school, we can work together to expand solutions and find ways to make these problems smaller. I like to help clients share their stories, and find the meanings in their stories to help improve well-being.
