Care Philosophy

“I pride myself on my ability to listen. I choose to let my patients speak first and explain their situation in their own way,” says Dr. Dwinnell. “This way I can understand each patient, her background and her needs.” Being a doctor isn’t just her work, it’s her calling. She loves walking alongside her patients through their teen years, their first jobs, engagement, marriage, childbearing and menopause. She considers it a privilege to play a role in the journeys of her patients. Dr. Jean E. Dwinnell is a board-certified OB-GYN with 25 years of experience. She earned her undergraduate degree in biology at Colorado College where she graduated cum laude with honors. She attended medical school at Dartmouth Medical School and she completed her OB-GYN residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.
