Flexible Spending Accounts
You must re-enroll and actively elect your annual contributions for Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts each year during Open Enrollment.

CU Health Plan - Exclusive
Mandatory mail order prescriptions – Prescriptions (available through mail order) that need to be continuously taken after an initial 90-day retail prescription supply has been filled may only be obtained through mail order.

Dependent Eligibility Verification
If you are adding new dependents for coverage effective July 1, 2025, you must verify their eligibility with HR during the Open Enrollment period and have required documents submitted by May 9, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. There is no guarantee of dependent coverage if required documents are not received by the due date.
