Effective January 1, 2022 Anthem of Colorado put the Anthem Pathway health insurance product back on the Connect for Health Colorado health insurance marketplace. CU Medicine is in-network with Anthem Pathway.

Anthem has a separate product called Anthem Pathway Essentials – CU Medicine is NOT in-network with that product. 

Connect for Colorado has extended their Special Enrollment Period (SEP) to March 16, 2022. Patients that buy their insurance via Connect for Colorado can switch their plans up until that date.
