Clinical Interests for Referring Providers

I am interested in adult cardiac surgery, left ventricular assist devices/mechanical assistance for heart failure, heart and lung transplantation, coronary artery surgery, thoracic aneurysms, and heart valve surgery I am also interested in providing surgery to elderly patients requiring cardiac surgery

Research Interest for Referring Providers

My research interests are focused on evaluation of the ventricular assist device for advanced heart failure, I'm also interested in the effect of age upon myocardial cytokine production and I'm involved in a study of the Evalve cardiovascular valve repair system endovascular valve edge-toedge repair.
