I believe effective care begins with understanding each child within the context of their strengths, needs, relationships, and environment. My approach integrates behavioral science and evidence-based psychological interventions within a neurodiversity-affirming, individualized framework. I strive to partner with families and interdisciplinary care teams to understand the factors contributing to a child's challenges, build meaningful skills, and identify practical strategies that improve quality of life. I value compassionate, collaborative care that respects each child's individuality, supports caregivers, and promotes access to the right services at the right time.
Clinical Interest for Patients
My clinical interests focus on the assessment and treatment of complex mental health needs among children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. I specialize in evidence-based behavioral and psychological interventions for co-occurring psychiatric conditions and challenging behaviors, particularly for youth requiring intensive or specialized behavioral health services. I am also interested in improving access to high-quality, individualized care and advancing clinical program development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and workforce training to better support neurodiverse youth and their families.

Research Interests for Patients
My research interests focus on the development, evaluation, and dissemination of evidence-based interventions and behavioral health services for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders. I am particularly interested in improving outcomes for youth with complex mental health needs, expanding access to specialized behavioral health services, and evaluating treatment approaches for challenging behaviors and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. My work also examines implementation strategies, interdisciplinary collaboration, and workforce development to promote the delivery of effective, equitable, and neurodiversity-affirming care.
