Research Interests for Patients

I am interested in research to learn the best education techniques and communication styles with patients. I also do work with autonomic dysfunction/Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), especially patients with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and hypermobility, and transition medicine.

My research interests are primarily in medical education with particular interest in trainee self-efficacy and communication with patients, particularly in areas of confidential care. I have additional interests in dysautonomia and transition medicine with preparing patients for adult models of patient care
