Research Interests for Patients
I am particularly interested in the molecular basis for melanocytic neoplasms, namely, what alterations/genes are responsible for pathogenesis along with histogenesis. I love the opportunity to evaluate and consult on challenging melanocytic lesions. Furthermore, I am also interested in the evaluation of challenging dermal based soft tissue tumors. I additionally spend time signing out gastrointestinal pathology, and within this area I am interested in studying inflammatory disorders of the GI tract, along with diagnosing challenging and rare mesenchymal tumors.
