Care Philosophy

As a board certified Nurse Practitioner with a background as an intensive care unit nurse, I am passionate about optimizing health and quality of life by focusing on disease prevention, early detection, and reduction of medical complications. I foster long-term partnerships with my patients that are rooted in mutual respect and caring. I meet my patients wherever they are on their health journey as we work incrementally to achieve their health goals and maximize wellness. Drawing on my experience as a nurse, I practice from a holistic perspective, with an equal emphasis on physical and mental wellbeing. I hold myself to the highest standard of care for my patients and look forward to a lifetime of continual learning and growth.
