Clinical Interest for Patients
My main clinical interest is in the medical and endoscopic management of patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) including Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. The UCH Crohn's and Colitis Center utilizes a multi-disciplinary team of IBD focused clinicians and support staff (nutritionsit, social workers, and nurse clinical coordinators) to provide cutting edge care for our IBD patients.

Research Interests for Patients
My reserach activities are focused on investigating the underyling causes and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Specicially, I am interested in new blood vessel formation within the intestines (angiogenesis) and its contributions to gut inflammation.
