Beginning Jan. 1, 2026, CU Medicine will no longer be in-network with the following Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans:
- Devoted Health Medicare / Medicaid Plan
- Cigna-HealthSpring Medicare Advantage
Patients with these plans can continue receiving in-network care at CU Medicine through Dec. 31, 2025. To stay in-network after that date, patients will need to choose a different Medicare or Medicare Advantage plan during the Annual Enrollment Period, which runs Oct. 15 – Dec. 7, 2025.
What you can do
- Check your plan. If you are enrolled in one of the plans listed above, you will need to switch to another plan to keep receiving in-network care at CU Medicine in 2026.
- Review your options. Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period is Oct. 15 – Dec. 7, 2025. During this time, you can compare plans and select a new option that includes CU Medicine providers in-network.
- Learn more. Visit CU Medicine’s insurance page here to view a full list of accepted plans. You can also visit Medicare.gov for tools and resources to compare Medicare Advantage plans.
