Schedule your COVID-19 Vaccine

All Coloradans 16 and over are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Schedule your appointment today and do your part to protect yourself and others.

Coloradans wanting the COVID-19 vaccine can now self-schedule an appointment through My Health Connection. The vaccine is free and appointments are available to those 16 and older starting May 3rd.

Those eligible to receive the vaccine can schedule an appointment time, and choose a preferred location. UCHealth clinics are using the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. Those 16 and older can receive Pfizer but you must be at least 18 for the Moderna vaccine.
The clinics are able to administer up to 40,000 doses each week.

“The vaccine has proven to be very safe, and getting it can protect not only you but your family and friends as well,” CU Medicine infectious disease physician, Dr. Michelle Barron told FOX 31.

The vaccine helps prevent the most severe cases that lead to hospitalization and clinical trials have shown the vaccine to prevent 100% of deaths from COVID-19.

Those interested in scheduling a vaccine appointment can do so using the My Health Connection portal. Those who don’t have internet access can call the 720-462-2255 (English) or 844-945-2508 (Español).

If you have trouble getting an appointment through My Health Connection, click/tap here to find additional vaccination locations in Colorado.

If you need a ride to get your vaccine, Mile High United Way’s Ride United program is providing access to free rides (up to 25 miles each way) to vaccination sites across Colorado. Dial 2-1-1 or visit 211colorado.org to learn more.
