Clinical Interest for Patients
My clinical interests include minimally invasive and robotic surgery approaches to mediastinal, lung and esophageal surgery, including lung cancer, lung nodules, esophageal cancer, esophageal motility disorders, diverticulum, gastroesophageal reflux disease, hiatal hernias, mediastinal masses/tumors and myasthenia gravis. I have an interest and focused specialty training in minimally invasive thoracic surgery, robotic and video assisted thoracic surgery for lung, esophageal and mediastinal diseases. In addition, I have an interest in end stage lung disease, lung volume reduction surgery (LVRS) and lung transplantation as well as chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) and pulmonary thromboendarterectomy surgery (PTE).
